Bringing these classes online, here is a series of virtual cooking workshops that have been made available to you, complete with a full ingredients + recipe + apron kit delivered right to your doorstep. Package A: Celebration Nights
Celebrations call for a feast so why not cook together and enjoy the fruits of your labour? In this class, learn to cook the following menu to impress:
a. Crispy roasted russet potatoes with herb and butter
b. Perfectly roasted and succulent spring chicken served with Panzanella salad
Package B: Spanish Masterclass
Paella, hailing from the coasts of Valencia and the east of Spain is a crowd favourite when you think of Spanish cuisine. Let your taste buds enjoy a trip to Spain with the following menu:
a. Spanish Albondigas in herbed Tomato Sauce
b. Seafood Paella with Clams, Prawns and Fish
What you will experience
1. Chef's introduction to the main cuisine and cultural significance of each dish (if any)
2. A virtual demonstration of how to make the dish; you will be able to follow along easily with your delivered kit of ingredients

This is a live online class delivered by ZOOM.
Ingredients, two aprons, and recipes will be sent to your home (per 1 pax booking) on the day of the class.
You will receive enough ingredients (per 1 pax booking) to make 2 portions.

A basic kitchen set up is required: for example, stove, frying pan, and an oven.
Vegetable oil, salt, and pepper will not be provided.
