About the workshop
Dim Sum, literally translates as ‘touch your heart’ in Cantonese, is a style of Chinese cuisine (Cantonese in particular). Mostly associated with the Hong Kong culture, Dim Sum can be found all over China. This delightful delicacy is served in steamer baskets or on small plates with small bite-sized portions. It is best enjoyed with tea, among the company of family and friends! Some of the known dishes are Har Gau (Shrimp Dumplings), Siew Mai, Char Siew Bao (Baked Pork Buns), Eggs Tarts and Spring Rolls!
In this workshop, you can choose to learn the different Dim Sum dishes that you want to make! Pick your favourite ones!
