About the workshop

Who's never associated Singapore with Set A at our favorite Ya Kun Kaya Stall? Kaya is a ubiquitous food found in Singapore, and a favorite amongst locals for breakfast, afternoon tea, and even dinner. Spread most frequently on toast, kaya has now been infused into multiple foods such as cakes, pies and even cocktails.

Whilst plain toast is usually paired with kaya, in this workshop, you will learn how to make kaya from scratch, paired with delicious french loaf, and multigrain bread - both decadent and healthy.
