About the workshop
The modern Singaporean cuisine is a unique combination of the Chinese, Indians and Malays culinary traditions, it is a mixture of love for contrasting tastes and flavors of spices. Appetizing aromas and sizzling piquant seasoning of chili peppers, curry powder, coconut milk have revealed the mystery of gastronomic secrets of the Lion's and Sun country.
In this workshop, you will discover the traditional recipes of the Singapore cuisine and also find and learn the modern fusion recipes of connected Western and Asian culinary practices.
What you will experience
A three-course gourmet meal including traditional Chicken Satay with peanut sauce, signature Singapore Chilli Crab with mantou and fluffy Pandan Chiffon cake with Milo Ice Cream - just put on apron and be ready to enjoy!
Class starts with a brief introduction of the team and dishes, then Chef takes the word and cooking starts. You will cook one dish after another from scratch and eat them once ready. This full hands-on experience will immerse you into the process and teach you through the fun of cooking!
Cancellation is free of charge 4 days before the scheduled start time.
Booking must be made 3 days before the scheduled start time.
Every guest receives a Diploma in the end of the class. Complimentary tuned and selected photos will be uploaded in an album in FB group.
Also, you can bring home everything you cooked during the class. We provide plastic containers and paper bags for your convenience.
