About the workshop
Ever been curious about what goes into craft cocktails? This workshop is an exclusive experience with Spiffy Dapper's bartenders to learn how to make craft versions of classics libations. These drinks are much more than a couple or few parts of this/that and pouring over ice- after our lesson you’ll appreciate what makes a great cocktail and how to create magic in your home kitchen.
Hosted in one of Singapore's premiere speakeasies, he bartenders leading the experience will take the worry out of all the industry mumbo jumbo and breakdown the art of cocktail crafting in a fun environment, leaving you with a night to remember.
The class is intended for drinkers of all levels, and will provide skills suitable for home bartending.
What you will experience
1. Enjoy a warm welcome with a house cocktail
2. Deep dive into the basics of two of the fundamental traditions; the Daiquiri and the Old Fashioned.
3. Get hands-on and learn how to manipulate these classics with the goal of making new drinks using traditional techniques and modern ideas.
