About the workshop
The hawker centres in Singapore are now a culture, a heritage, and an eminent part of our roots. Hawker centres are complexes with many different stalls that sell a variety of affordable food, each of which are evolved versions of themselves unique to the ethnicities that make up the Singapore population. Some well-known hawker dishes include Char Kway Teow, Chicken Rice, Laksa, Bak Chor Mee (Minced meat noodle), Nasi Lemak and Roti Prata! The list is endless and the goodness of Singapore's unique hawker centres is for you to find out 😝

What you will experience
Be introduced to all the ingredients required and steps involved in making some of our hawker food, such as Nasi Lemak and Laksa!
Have fun getting your hands dirty while making your very own Singaporean dish!
